Shivwits Arch in Virgin River Gorge (Jan 09)

A nice area for winter hiking is in the Virgin River Gorge. There is a thousand foot scramble up some cliffs to Shivwits Arch, which overlooks the Virgin River and Cedar Pockets in the gorge.
